  I am a really tough critic when it comes to trusting someone with my hair and I am so happy that I found Francesca. She is absolutely amazing and I have been her client for over 2 years now. I am Italian with really dark thick hair and having premature gray, need color every 3 weeks. I never thought the day would come that I would have significantly lighter hair (aka blonde), but Francesca suggested that I try to go a little lighter. At first I was skeptical because I thought that there would be no way that I could pull off light hair. But Francesca works wonders. Little by little, she changed my hair making it lighter each time I was there. At first it was subtle and now the final product is an amazing blonde color that really suits me and my skin tone. My hair is shiny and healthy even after all that processing. My friends are always amazed at how awesome my hair looks. Thanks to my new blonde look I actually don't even need to color my hair as often (my last touch up was after 6 weeks instead of 3).
  
  I absolutely love Francesca and Top Cuts salon and highly recommend getting your hair done there.
