  Lately me and my girlfriend have been exploring many different metaphysical shops and happened to come across Soul Journey. The store itself is beautiful and offers a lot. But like many others have said, the owner is very unwelcoming. I spent roughly 20minutes browsing the store with no other customers inside, only to be rudely approached and questioned if I knew what I wanted. She pointed out that we were looking at the spell books and the sprays. She asked if I had any questions I could ask her. While that was a nice gesture it was said very rudely. I also caught her staring me and my girlfriend down the whole time we were there. I understand if someone is concerned about their products or maybe does truly wanna help the customers, but there is just no excuse for poor customer service; especially to new customers. I drove over 40minutes and I wanted to take my time. I even thought about asking further questions about the spell books but the rude comments completely turned me off And I will never return to this store again. I’m not one to write reviews ever but I felt very uncomfortable and my girlfriend did as well and I had to write something.
